EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN

Sports Funding

On behalf of Sporting Clubs wishing to apply for funding James Healy visits each site. He undertakes a Level Survey, Soil Profiling and Percolation Tests. Subsequently he undertakes a comprehensive Design, prepares a Design Brief and finally produces a Detailed and Costed Specification and Bill of Quantities.

How Can We Help?

This Costed Bill of Quantities is accepted by the Sports Capital Funding Section of the Department of Transport, Tourism & Sport for funding application purposes, mitigating the Club from seeking estimates from Contractors.

When funding has been awarded, James Healy acts as Project Supervisor on behalf of the sports clubs. He carries out the Tendering process, (based on the level of Funding awarded), circulating all documents to Specialist Contractors, reviewing each returned tender on behalf of Clubs. He manages the Construction Process and Signs Off on all claims to be submitted to draw down funding.
